For many years, the elected officials of the CFDT alerts management of the dangers caused by the various dusts and fumes from manufacturing processes on the health of employees.

This was finally taken into account and allowed, in 2018, the site management (SE AUBENAS) to take charge of the improvement work.

A total budget of €1,3 million was announced in CSSCT to install a new system for evacuating polluted air in the 3 buildings on the site.

This sum will be spread over three phases of work, and over several years.

€214 was released in 2020. The work undertaken in the Oméga Nord building, central Sandblasting/Metallization area, has been completed and should be analyzed by an independent organization (Bureau Véritas) in February in order to verify the good level of efficiency of this new suction system.

At the last meeting of the CSCCT, management announced to us the start of the second tranche for a budget of €200K, during 2021. The deliverable is expected for the end of this year.
