The dynamic evolution of ADV employment: a positive assessment but…..

Two years ago, when reading the staff entry and exit register, we noticed that a certain number of temporary staff had been in the ADV (Sales Administration) department at IntenCity for several years, moving from one job title to another*. CFDT had then called on the Management to point out the situation.

During one of the last CSE meetings, the Management returned to the subject, showing us how employment at the ADV had evolved dynamically. temporary worker rate had passed since 2022, by 52% (but yes!) 17% (wow!). Well done!

The Management was also very proud to say that we now had 45 holders, instead of 29 (in 2022).

…By analyzing the figures presented, we see that in 2022, by counting the number of temporary workers present + the number of Schneider employees, we arrive at 61 people. In 2024, we are at 55 people. So congratulations for the hiring, but overall, The service lost 6 positions in 2 years (due, in large part, to the automation of orders...)

*Temporary assignments cannot exceed 18 months. If the company wants to take the person back on the same assignment after these 18 months, it can only do so after a 6-month waiting period.
